sunday night feelgood flick....this movie riffs itself. rating...so bad, its funny. at minute 6:58 Dr frankenkenstein discusses his need for body parts. the screeching tires is just slam dunk funny. then, at 25:25 he tells his protégé to speak because he has  a civil tongue in his head( I oughta know). of course, at minute 29:00 there is the obligatory mad scientist hits girlfriend/asks forgiveness/work stress/ smooch smooch.....whit bissel gave mad scientists a bad reputation..ohh, I forgot to mention the pet alligator. enjoy. I guess.
